Mobile Water Solutions S.L., aware of the commitment they undertake towards their clients and society in general, have established a Quality, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health and Safety System within their organisation based on the standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 y UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 45001:2018 for the following scope

DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, REPAIR, RENTAL AND MAINTENANCE OF INDUSTRIAL WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT.

This Policy, which is publicly available on the website and at our premises, provides the framework for establishing and reviewing effective objectives and targets that enable continual improvement, based on the following general principles:

• To provide a service that meets the requirements and expectations of its customers and stakeholders, taking into account the organisation's internal and external context, as well as the evaluation of its particular risks in relation to business strategy.
• A commitment to providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and ill health, in a manner appropriate to the organisation’s purpose, size and context, and to the specific nature of the occupational health and safety risks and opportunities; eliminating occupational risks and controlling and/or minimising those risks that cannot be eliminated.
• Establish permanent training and information programmes, which will ensure a highly qualified workforce capable of carrying out the activities within the System. This System considers the quality of processes, environmental improvement and environmental risk management of processes in relation to climate change, as well as occupational health and safety, as essential values.
• To involve, motivate and engage staff with a view to encouraging their participation in the development and implementation of the established Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety System.
• Maintain permanent contact with your clients and subcontractors, in order to collaborate jointly in the improvement of their service, from environmental, quality and occupational health and safety perspectives. In the same vein, suppliers are informed that they will be evaluated annually based on incidents generated in their supply and changes to the conditions of their initially contracted service (quality-price ratio, loss or acquisition of ISO 9001, 14001 certifications).
• To ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety at work legislation and regulations, or any other current legislation applicable to its activities, as well as other requirements that are voluntarily subscribed to.
• To adopt continuous improvement and pollution prevention practices, improve environmental and occupational health and safety management, based on the Organisation's actual capabilities, allocating the necessary resources and planning to meet the set objectives.
• To commit to consulting and involving employees and, where they exist, their representatives.
